Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Troy Wendt.
A warrant has been issued for the 41-year-olds arrest in relation contravening a court order.
Wendt is believed to be frequent the Footscray, Braybrook, Sunshine and St Albans areas.
He is 178cm tall, of medium build, brown shaved hair and a fir complexion.
Investigators have released an image of Wendt in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
