Dubbo Regional Council will support traffic management today, as authorities look to clear a truck, following an incident on Tuesday 22 September.
The truck rolled after the intersection of Thompson Street and Whylandra Street and is now blocking the railway line.
Council is asking all residents to avoid the area, with road closures to occur later today for recovery.
