Police are investigating a crash at North Adelaide overnight.
Two cars collided at the intersection of Jeffcott Road and Park Terrace, North Adelaide just after 4am on Friday 12 April.
One of the drivers, a 26-year-old Prospect man, left the crash scene prior to police arrival but was located by patrols a few blocks away. He was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital for treatment of minor injuries and to have blood taken for analysis.
The driver of the other vehicle was assessed by paramedics at the scene.
Police are seeking any witnesses to the crash, who may have left before patrols arrived.
