The 20-year-old man was later transferred to the Gold Coast Hospital where he remains in a critical but stable condition.

The two other passengers, a 17-year-old boy and a 22-year-old man were airlifted to the Gold Coast Hospital and Princess Alexandra Hospital Brisbane respectively, in a critical condition.

The 17-year-old youth and the 22-year-old man both died yesterday.

A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
