Two people injured after crash at Penfield, South Australia

Police are investigating a crash at Penfield early this morning.

About 3.40am, Tuesday 4 December, a car and scooter collided on the Northern Expressway, the driver of the car was attempting to render assistance to the scooter rider when he was hit by a passing car.

Both men aged 25, and 22, were taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital with serious injuries.

Police have spoken to the 43-year-old woman driving the second car and she is assisting with the investigation.
