Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Tyson Williams.
The 26-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to appear on bail for drug, theft and deception related offences.
Williams is known to frequent the Yarram, Craigieburn, Sale and Bairnsdale areas.
He also travels to New South Wales.
Investigators have released an image of Williams in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Williams has a medium build, black hair and a distinctive full neck tattoo.
