An exciting transformation is underway at MC Square to bring UpSpace to life - a modern co-working business hub designed to empower and grow Manningham's small business community.
Located in the vibrant heart of Doncaster Hill, UpSpace takes its name from its elevated setting and purpose, which is to uplift local businesses.
Plans for the facility include:
- a welcoming reception
- 27 desk spaces
- a meeting room
- 2 private focus pods
- guest lockers
- a fully equipped kitchen
- high-speed internet, video conferencing and print facilities.
In addition to the new co-working hub, upgrades will also be made to the existing MY Hub youth services facility. All services will remain open during the works, with MY Hub temporarily moving to Level 3 at MC Square.
Works are expected to take 5 months, finishing around April/May 2026.
We look forward to welcoming local businesses into this new collaborative space soon.
