Vaccination requirements for Council facilities and services

In order to adhere with State Government requirements around vaccinations, Council has made the following changes to accessing its facilities and services.

In order to attend the following facilities and services, all visitors aged 12 years and 2 months or older must be fully vaccinated. A COVID-19 vaccination certificate or relevant doctor's exemption must be presented to enter:

  • Libraries
  • Aquatic facilities
  • Cultural facilities
  • Front of house customer service
  • Community Links
  • Council offices
  • Council halls and venues

The following Council facilities and services do not require proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

  • Maternal health
  • Childcare
  • Domestic violence services
  • Community support services
  • Mental health services
  • Food bank
