Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing brothers Reis and Harris.
The 7-year-old and 5-year-old are believed to be with their grandparents Halit and Fatma.
It is believed they could be travelling in a white Ford Forte sedan registration PHU566 or a silver Ford Territory registration 1WB9NZ.
They were last sighted about 5pm on 22 November on Brando Court in Mildura.
Police have concerns for Reis and Harris' welfare due to their age.
Police have released an image of Reis, Harris, Halit and Fatma in the hope that someone can provide information on their current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Reis, Harris, Halit or Fatma or has information on their whereabouts is urged to contact Mildura Police Station on (03) 5018 5300.
