Police have arrested a man following a police car ramming at Toorloo Arm near Lakes Entrance on Saturday 24 July.
Acting on information from the public the man was arrested in Bairnsdale this afternoon.
The arrest follows an appeal by police to locate a 30-year-old man in relation to the incident in which a police car was rammed from behind at the intersection of Lakes Colquhoun Rd and Casey Creek Rd just before 6pm.
Two police members were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Nicholson man is currently assisting investigators with their enquiries.
