Moreland Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for public assistance to help locate Emin Aydemir.
A number of warrants have been issued for the 54-year-old's arrest in relation to assault related matters.
He is known to frequent the Broadmeadows or Gladstone Park areas.
He is also known to frequent gaming venues in those areas.
Investigators have released an image of Aydemir in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
