Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Vaea Fangaake.
A number of warrants have been issued for the 21-year-old's arrest in relation to assault related offences.
Fangaake is described as 180cm tall with a medium build with black hair.
He is known to frequent the Epping, Sunshine, Port Melbourne and CBD areas.
An image of Fangaake has been released in the hope someone recognised him and provides information on his whereabouts.
