Ballina Shire Council wishes to advise that we will be conducting water leak detection tests in West Ballina that may cause short water interruptions.
This testing will be carried out from Tuesday 8 June 2021 for approximately two weeks.
During this time residents may experience low water pressure, or no water, for very short intervals (approximately 2-3 minutes).
Residents in West Ballina are encouraged to wait 10 minutes before calling Council to report any water outages, as any short interruption is likely to be a part of these routine works.
This testing is part of Council's ongoing water infrastructure maintenance program.
