Wembley Police are seeking information regarding the whereabouts of 66-year-old James Allan SWAIN who was last seen in Mt. Claremont on Sunday, 13 January 2019.
Mr SWAIN is described as fair skinned with a slim build, approximately 174cms tall, with grey hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing dark blue jeans, navy blue jacket and a green t-shirt. , WA Police say
He is always in possession of a green Woolworths bag and is likely to be seen holding it close to his chest. He is known to frequent the Perth CBD area.
Mr SWAIN takes daily medication that he does not have with him and may have become confused and concerns are held for his welfare.
Anyone who sees Mr SWAIN is asked to call police immediately on 131 444.
