WA Health is reporting a total of 8,145 new cases to 8pm last night. There are currently 48,049 active cases in Western Australia.
To 8pm last night, there were 242 people with COVID-19 in hospital, six in ICU.
Today's report also includes five historical deaths dating back to 31 March, which were reported to WA Health yesterday, this includes a man in his 50s, a woman in her 50s, two men in their 70s and a woman in her 80s.
