An increased prevalence of bone cancer, an increased chance of parasitic infection, and solitary confinement were just some of the issues named up.
Mr Winter has Mr Willie leashed and muzzled.
It is time Mr Willie listens to the majority of his party and gets on board the greyhound racing ban.
