Yarra Leisure is proud to participate in this year's 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign in Victoria.
During this 16 Days of Activism and beyond, we can all work together and join the call to prevent and eliminate violence against women and girls and all forms of gender-based violence.
This year the campaign is focusing on digital violence against women and girls, highlighting the increasing prevalence of online abuse.
How are we participating?
A special edition of Women Making Waves
In solidarity with the 16 Days of Activism we're offering a special free edition of Women Making Waves at Collingwood Leisure Centre on Saturday 6 December from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
Let's come together to advocate for a culture of safety, equality, and respect.
What's on?
There will be free group exercise classes, swimming lessons and casual access to the gym, pools, spa and sauna.

Who can attend?
Women of all ages, cultures and abilities are welcome as well as boys under 5 years. We only roster female staff during Women Making Waves, we also close the blinds around the pool area and place a screen in front of the door, to ensure it is a private and safe space for all women.
How do I book?
You can book your spot on our online portal 72 hours prior to the start of the session. You'll need to create a free account if you don't already have one. Set the class filter to 'Women Making Waves - Special Edition' to book your spot.
You can also turn up on the night and register in person.
