ARU is among the top 350 institutions in the world for seventh year in succession
Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) has again been listed in the top 350 universities in the world, and in the top 40 in the UK, in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2023.
The rankings, published this morning, list ARU in the 301-350 bracket of almost 1,800 higher education institutions across the globe, and joint 39th of the 103 ranked UK universities.
ARU was particularly praised for its international outlook, considered to be in the top 100 in the world.
The rankings assess universities for their learning environments; volume, income and reputation of research; influence of research as measured by citations; industry income; and international outlook, as measured by international staff, students, and research collaborations.
Professor Roderick Watkins, Vice Chancellor of Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), said:
"This achievement is down to the continued hard work of our staff in creating a positive environment in which people can thrive."
The latest 2023 publication marks the seventh successive year that ARU has ranked 301st-350th in the world.
