A man has died following a two car collision in Yellingbo on 19 December, Victoria Police say.
It is believed a red Holden ute veered onto the wrong side of Healesville-Koo Wee Rup Road about 6.20am and collided head on with a black Ford ute.
The 60-year-old Yellingbo man driving the black ute was taken to hospital in a critical condition but died on 22 December.
A 24-year-old Yellingbo man driving the red ute is assisting police with their enquiries.
The investigation into the cause of the incident is ongoing.
