Young people with a passion for Tasmania's future are encouraged to apply for the Premier's Youth Advisory Council.
Premier Jeremy Rockliff said the Advisory Council is a great way for young people to advise the Tasmanian Government on the issues most important to them.
"Young people involved in the Council will have the opportunity to share ideas and challenges," Premier Rockliff said.
"As a member, you have the opportunity to talk directly with the Minister for Children and Youth, Jo Palmer, and I about how we can work together to make Tasmania the best place to live and work."
The Youth Advisory Council is seeking to recruit nine new members aged between 12-24 and living in Tasmania.
The Council is made up of members from diverse backgrounds, supporting a mix of beliefs, skills and life experiences.
New members will be selected in time for the first meeting of 2026.
"The Youth Advisory Council builds on the large amount of work already happening across government to support and empower young people," Premier Rockliff said.
"I look forward to seeing your applications and to welcoming the new members."
