The iconic Pair'd Margaret River Region festival is returning for its third consecutive year this November with a fresh line-up of events and talent.

The Cook Labor Government's homegrown event will once again delight wine, food, and music lovers from 19-22 November with four days of immersive events celebrating the South West region's award-winning hospitality.

Hosted across some of the Margaret River Region's most iconic wineries and venues, Pair'd brings together acclaimed winemakers, chefs, producers, and creatives to showcase the very best of Western Australia's South West.

In 2025, the festival delivered more than 30 sold-out events across the region that involved over 150 Western Australian businesses, supporting local jobs and boosting the State's tourism industry in line with the Cook Labor Government's economic diversification strategy.

Pair'd Margaret River Region has quickly become a staple of Western Australia's events calendar, with tickets to many Pair'd programs selling out within twenty minutes of public sale last year, and the event winning Silver in the Festival category at the prestigious 2026 Eventex Awards, making it the only Australian festival to be recognised.

The 2026 program includes a number of internationally recognised culinary figures and restaurants, including Michelin-starred chefs Dave Pynt (Burnt Ends, Singapore), Matt Ab (Bonheur, London), Matt Abergel (Yardbird, Hong Kong), and St John (London), as well as American pitmaster and Netflix royalty Rodney Scott (USA).

This year, the festival will feature a line-up of new and expanded events, including:

  • Pair'd Beach Club: returning to Meelup Beach, this premium experience combines wine, food, cocktails, and live music across multiple sessions;
  • New Wave Gathering: curated by chef Mal Chow, this event celebrates emerging culinary talent, diverse food traditions and live entertainment at Chow's Table;
  • The Grand Tasting: held over two days at Howard Park Wines, the festival's flagship event showcases the Margaret River Region's best wineries, producers, and culinary offerings, with appearances by leading wine and food personalities;
  • Burnt Ends and Friends: a marquee collaboration at Wills Domain, bringing together top chef Dave Pynt to celebrate open-fire cooking, featuring renowned USA barbecue chef Rodney Scott; and
  • The Wine Dinner presented by Lexus: a collection of premium, limited-capacity dining experiences pairing Michelin-starred chefs with leading Margaret River Region wineries, including de'sendent x Sushi M Grand Tasting Dinner at Leeuwin Estate, Wayfinder x St John, and Vasse Felix Signature Dinner.
