$50M Surge in Community Housing Grants in Regional WA

The Cook Government has announced it will make up to $50 million in grants available under a Call for Submissions (CFS) process for registered Community Housing Providers to increase supply and diversity of new and refurbished community housing across regional Western Australia.

The CFS process is one of the many reforms the State Government is undertaking to enhance the community housing sector and strengthen and speed the delivery of community housing across the State.

The CFS process is open to community housing providers registered under the WA Community Housing Regulatory Framework.

The $50 million grant funding is being made available for projects that meet requirements in the South West, Great Southern, Wheatbelt, Goldfields, Midwest/Gascoyne, Pilbara and the Kimberley.
