ACCC
The ACCC has granted interim authorisation to Honeysuckle Health and nib health funds. The authorisation enables them to continue operating the Honeysuckle Health Buying Group while the ACCC assesses the substantive application for revocation and substitution of authorisation AA1000542.
Interim authorisation is granted on substantively the same terms as the current authorisation AA1000542. This includes the condition that the Buying Group must not provide services to Medibank Private, Bupa, HCF and HBF (in relation to its Western Australian operations).
