ACCC
The ACCC has issued a draft determination proposing to grant authorisation for Singapore Airlines and All Nippon Airways to coordinate some aspects of their operations between Australia and Japan, and some other countries, under a Joint Venture Agreement.
The ACCC proposes to grant authorisation for 5 years.
The ACCC has also granted interim authorisation for the airlines to commence discussing and planning, but not implementing, their proposed coordination.
The ACCC is now seeking submissions in response to the draft determination by 7 August 2026, before making its final decision.
Further details about the application, a copy of the draft determination and how to make a submission are available on the ACCC's public register.
