The Agency Group has once again cemented its position as Western Australia's premier real estate business, with 13 of its agents named in REB's Top 50 Agents WA for 2025, representing more than a quarter of the entire list.
The annual ranking recognises real estate professionals who achieved standout sales results during the 2024 calendar year and demonstrated exceptional commitment to their clients. The methodology also acknowledges the unique characteristics of local markets, celebrating agents who take a hyper-local approach to delivering value.

This recognition comes as no surprise for a business widely regarded as WA's most awarded real estate office over the past decade, having been named REIWA's Top Sales Office for multiple consecutive years.
According to Stuart Cox, WA General Manager of The Agency, the results reflect the company's relentless focus on supporting its agents.
"Our model is designed to let agents do what they do best—focus on their clients. We remove the administrative burden, provide leading systems and on-the-ground support, and eliminate the distractions that come with traditional franchise models," Mr Cox said.
"That's why the best agents come to The Agency. Because they know they'll be backed by a team that truly empowers them to thrive."
In addition to its powerhouse sales team, The Agency's WA property management division continues to expand rapidly, currently managing more than 800 properties and growing at a rate of over 30 new properties each month.
On a national scale, The Agency's unique model continues to attract top-tier agents. As of January 2025, the group had a footprint of 464 sales agents across six states and territories, including 182 in WA alone. Its direct engagement model—a sharp contrast to traditional franchises—enables the company to respond faster to market movements and better support its agents with minimal overheads.
The result is a business structure that is agile, scalable, and extremely difficult to replicate—offering unparalleled support to its people and consistently strong outcomes for clients.
With a national brand built for today's market and tomorrow's opportunities, The Agency continues to stand apart as one of Australia's most formidable and future-ready real estate groups.
