Through this initiative, Amcor engages high-potential start-ups and emerging packaging technologies to advance pioneering concepts from early development toward practical application. Selected participants have the opportunity to enter into a joint development agreement with Amcor's R&D team as well as secure funding of up to $500,000 to scale solutions that address specific research and development challenges. By supporting breakthrough technologies and leveraging Amcor's global scale, technical expertise and commercial capabilities, Amcor Lift-Off helps accelerate the development of these solutions and bring them closer to commercial reality.

Previous Lift-Off winners have included artificial intelligence (AI)-powered waste recognition with Greyparrot, circolution's reusable packaging, Nfinite Nanotechnology's sustainable coatings and Bloom Biorenewables' bio-based polyethylene terephthalate (PET).
The Verdantix Transform Awards celebrate excellence in sustainability and climate leadership, honoring individuals and organizations demonstrating commitment to accelerating climate action and embedding sustainability into long-term business strategy.
