Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Andrew Harris.
The 30-year-old is wanted on warrants in relation to burglary offences.
He is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD, Southbank and South Melbourne areas.
Investigators have released an image of Harris in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
He is described as having a solid build and brown hair.
Harris has distinctive facial and neck tattoos, including a razor blade on his right check.
