Appeal for missing woman and child

Police are appealing for a woman and child missing from Sydney's eastern beaches to make contact with them.

Kyia English, 35, and her new-born daughter, Calai, who is just 12 days old, were last seen at Little Bay around 11.00am yesterday (Sunday 14 February 2021).

Police have concerns for their welfare and are urging Kyia to make contact with them so that they can ensure both are safe and well.

Kyia is being urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or to come forward to her nearest police station.

She is described as being of Aboriginal appearance, with a thin build and approximately 160cm to 178m tall. She has dark hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black and white sweater, black tights, carrying a black and red backpack and pushing a black pram with a white canopy.

Kyia has ties to the Narwee and Beverley Hills area.
