APRA releases discussion paper on post-implementation review of Basel III liquidity reforms

The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) has released a discussion paper to authorised deposit-taking institutions (ADIs) and other interested stakeholders advising of APRA's post-implementation review (PIR) of the Basel III liquidity reforms.

The PIR seeks to determine how efficiently and effectively the Liquidity Coverage Ratio and Net Stable Funding Ratio are achieving their objectives. The discussion paper requests responses on particular lines of enquiry by 14 April 2022.
