Armadale Detectives have charged a man following an incident in the carpark of the Armadale Hospital, Mount Nasura on Monday 2 August 2021.
It will be alleged around 10.40pm a woman in her 30s was leaving the hospital when the man took hold of the woman and dragged her through the car park, before indecently assaulting her.
The woman struggled and managed to get away and then man walked back toward the hospital.
A 47-year-old Kenwick man was charged with Deprivation of Liberty and Unlawful and indecent assault and is due to reappear in the Armadale Magistrates Court on 20 August 2021.
