Ashurst advises on one of UK's first battery energy storage projects operated by Japanese companies

Global law firm Ashurst has represented Fuyo General Lease Co.,Ltd. in relation to participation in the development and operation of two battery energy storage facilities in Cuxton, Kent and Tollgate, St Albans, England, which is one of the first battery energy storage projects which is operated by Japanese companies in the UK.

Fuyo will become a shareholder of the operating company of the energy storage facilities with Nippon Koei and other partners.
