This is an Auction Notice under section 142 of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (‘the Regulation’).
On 19 October 2021, Rockhampton Regional Council issued a Notice of Intention to Sell pursuant to section 140 of the Regulation to sell the land described below by way of auction.
You are hereby notified that Rockhampton Regional Council intends to proceed with the auction for the sale of land described in below under sections 141 to 143 of the Regulations unless all overdue rates, interest and other amounts are paid immediately.

- Due to COVID Restrictions: Only Registered bidders will be permitted into the Auction and this will be capped at 70 people. Vaccination status is irrelevant. (Subject to change pending Qld Government COVID directive updates).
- 10% Deposit is required to be paid on the day of Auction. Personal cheques will not be accepted.
- Please ensure you bring sufficient identification.
- If purchasing as a company please ensure you have you’re A.C.N. details and that all representatives of the company are present to sign contracts.
- Council will begin allowing entry from 9.30am on the day of the auction for a 10am start.
