Autistic boy missing from Ambarvale, police appeal

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenager missing from Sydney's south-west.

Joshua Whicker. aged 14, was last seen on Boythorn Avenue, Ambarvale, about 4pm today (Monday 6 March 2023).

He was reported missing to officers from Campbelltown City Police Area Command by his family when he did not return home.

Joshua is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 182cm tall, of slim build with brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a LA Lakers basketball singlet (purple with yellow stripes, black shorts, and was riding a scooter (not electric).

Police and Joshua's family have concerns about his welfare due to him living with autism/special needs and it's considered out of character for him not to return home. He does not have his mobile phone with him.
