Weather Situation: A moist northeasterly airstream feeding into a surface trough advancing through the southwest will create an environment conducive to the development of severe thunderstorms from the morning. Severe thunderstorms are forecast to persist through the afternoon and evening.
Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce damaging winds, large hailstones and heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding in the warning area over the next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Kaltukatjara.
