Baylor Medicine Honored by American Heart Association

Baylor Medicine, the academic medical practice of Baylor College of Medicine, has received Target: Type 2 Diabetes℠ Gold recognition; Check. Change. Control. Cholesterol™ Gold recognition; and Target: BP™ Gold+ and Silver+ recognitions from the American Heart Association. These achievements highlight Baylor's commitment to decreasing the number of patients living with uncontrolled blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol and reducing the risks of heart disease and strokes.
