From stargazing stories that bridge cultures to our most inspiring leaders of tomorrow, get ready to immerse yourself in eye-opening Sunshine Coast Biosphere experiences.
The Biosphere Festival 2025 invites locals and visitors to explore the places, people and practices that make the Sunshine Coast special and create a better future for everyone.
Running from October 29 to November 8, 2025, the program features unique experiences across the region, with tickets now available for three headline events: the Dark Sky Experience, the On Country Cultural Tour and a Future Council film screening.
Sunshine Coast Mayor Rosanna Natoli, who is also Chair of the Biosphere Coordinating Committee, said the Biosphere Festival had something for everyone, from families to business owners.
"This festival is for us all to come together and celebrate living in the Sunshine Coast Biosphere, sharing in that wonder and excitement," Mayor Natoli said.
"Where else could you experience the beauty of our night sky, through both astronomy and First Nations stories of Sky Country?
"Through events like these, together, we can explore ways of living that help us care for our environment, belong to a thriving community, grow our local economy and create a sustainable planet."
