Police will prepare a report for the coroner following the death of a boy in Shepparton.
Emergency services were called Broken River about 2.45pm on Monday 2 November, to reports a boy had jumped into the river and not resurfaced.
Victoria Police Search and Rescue, Water Police, SES and Uniform officers launched a search of the river.
Sadly, the 11-year-old boy was located deceased this morning.
His death is not being treated as suspicious.
