Police are investigating a violent break and enter offence involving the theft of two vehicles that occurred at Coorparoo early this morning.
At about 12am, three men armed with knives and an iron bar entered an address in Buena Vista Avenue and assaulted a 43-year-old man.
The three men fled the scene with a quantity of cash and property including two sets of car keys and a credit card.
The men attended a nearby automatic teller machine and withdraw a quantity of cash from the man's bank account before returning to the Buena Vista address and stealing a white 2016 Mazda CX-9, Queensland registration 079WSH and a grey 2015 Mazda 6, Queensland registration 193WFH.
The man was treated at the scene for a minor back injury.
Investigators are appealing to any members of the public who where travelling in the area between midnight and 1pm who may have relevant dash cam footage to contact police.
