Jamie Tarrant, Chair of Worimi Conservation Lands Board of Management, said 9 roles are available to work on Country, ranging from administrative or visitor services assistants to field or project officers.

"Bring your resumes and cover letters, come and meet NPWS staff who are mob who'll be there on the day, to talk about their experience and skills and the type of work they do day-to-day," Mr Tarrant said.

"It's hard for our mob when they want to work on Country because there is a barrier to applying – they don't understand government lingo, they don't understand the process around the job focus capabilities.
