We are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) to operate the commercial kitchen and café at the Slim Dusty Centre, located at 490 Macleay Valley Way, South Kempsey, NSW.
This lease will offer the following:

- The expectation of providing top-notch food and beverage services that meet the needs of the Slim Dusty Centre's visitors and align with the Council's vision.
- A large potential client base, ensuring a bustling setting for your operations.
- A beneficial financial arrangement for both the Lessee and the Council, including a reasonable annual rental fee and the requirement for annual reporting.
We're open to creativity! Beyond traditional lease proposals, we invite innovative ideas that contribute to the facility's success.
