Going armed to cause fear, Manoora
Police were called to a disturbance at a home in Murray Street, Manoora at about 2am yesterday, 31 May.
It is alleged a 35-year-old Manoora man was armed with a knife and threatening nearby residents.
No one was physically injured.
The man was arrested, and he was charged with one count of go armed to cause fear.
He is scheduled to appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court on June 22.

Unlawful use of a motor vehicle, drug and weapon charges, Mount Sheridan
Officers from the Far North Tactical Crime Squad intercepted a white Nissan Navara on Foster Road around 3.30am on 30 May, after it was stolen from Manoora on 27 May.
Officers arrested a 34-year-old Trinity Beach man after its alleged he recorded a blood alcohol reading of 0.06%.
Police conducted a search of the vehicle and alleged he was in possession of a samurai sword, two glass pipes and a straw used in connection with smoking a dangerous drug.
He was charged with one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, drink driving, possess drug utensil and possess knife in a public place.
He is scheduled to appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court on 16 June.

Property offences, Manoora
Police received information from members of the public that a group of people were attempting to break into units and vehicles inside a Birch Street Manoora unit complex at about 2.30am on Friday 29 May.
Police attended and arrested a 15-year-old Atherton boy and a 13-year-old Bentley Park boy.
Both were charged with one count each of enter premises.
The 15-year-old Atherton boy was also charged with two counts of attempted enter dwelling after he allegedly attempted to break into two other units at the complex.
Both boys are scheduled to appear in the Cairns Children's Court later this month.

Weapon charges, Mooroobool
At about 6.30pm yesterday 31 May, police were conducting patrols of McCoombe Street when they observed a man walking along the street with a knife in his hand.
As police approached, the man allegedly placed the weapon into his waistband and entered the garage of a nearby address.
Officers seized the knife and the man was arrested without further issue.
He was charged with one count of possess a knife in a public place and obstruct police and is scheduled to appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court on 17 June.
