Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a fatal crash in Carine on Saturday 8 July 2023.
About 5.20pm, a white Toyota Corolla sedan was being driven east on Beach Road. The vehicle left the road near the intersection of Alvaston Drive and struck a tree.
The 93-year-old female driver of the Toyota was taken by St John WA to Royal Perth Hospital. Tragically, the woman has since died.
