Catch recording changes

The changes are being made to make crosschecking data easier for the Fish Exports Service while helping to futureproof the UK supply chain securing the demand for fish for future generations.

This should also improve the quality of data captured in under 10 catch recording so we can comply with global export regulations ensuring success for the UK fishing industry.

As a result, MMO's digital experts plan to test some potential solutions with fishers in January and are asking fishers, especially those who store catch in pots or onshore for later sale, to join in to make sure the changes to the service meet their needs.
