Civilian Employee Charged - Northern Region 27 June

A police employee has been charged with domestic violence related offences.

On Thursday (25 June 2026), police commenced an investigation into alleged serious domestic violence offences committed by a civilian NSW Police Force employee attached to a command in the Northern Region.

Yesterday (Friday 26 June 2026) officers arrested a 44-year-old woman where she was taken to Windsor Police Station and charged with seven offences including:

  • 3 x Stalk/intimidate intend fear physical etc harm (domestic)
  • Assault occasioning actual bodily harm
  • Common assault
  • False imprisonment
  • Intentionally choke etc person without consent (DV)

The woman was refused bail to appear at Bail Division Court 8 today (Saturday 27 June 2026).

The employees employment status is under review.
