Through her experiences, Bowditch inspires readers to overcome their inner critic and embrace their true selves.

Clare Bowditch is now taking her message of self-leadership to the stage with 'How to live the life you want: a lesson in taming your inner critic', an event that promises to be a transformative experience for all attendees. At this event, Bowditch will teach the audience how to tame their inner critic and use their brain to live the life they want. Through her inspiring and uplifting talk, she will provide practical tools and strategies for taking control of one's life and overcoming self-doubt.
