Emergency services attended a collision between a cyclist and a pedestrian on 1 February.
It’s believed the pedestrian was walking across Mount Alexander Road on a bike lane when he was struck by a bicycle.
The 73-year-old Flemington man was taken to hospital but has since died.
The cyclist was not injured.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
