Washington DC: The Colombian authorities have notified the International Monetary Fund (IMF) of their decision to cancel, effective October 1, 2025, the two-year arrangement under the Flexible Credit Line (FCL) approved by the IMF's Executive Board on April 26, 2024, for access amount equivalent to SDR 6.1335 billion. Colombia is a member of the IMF since 1945 and has a quota of SDR 2,044.50 million (about US$2,812.8 million). Colombia's most recent Article IV consultation was concluded on September 29, 2025. [4]
