Police are seeking public assistance to help locate missing man Barry McMahon.
The 49-year-old was last seen at a medical facility in Warrnambool about 10am today.
Police hold concerns for Barry as he has a medical condition which requires medication.
Barry is described as having a solid build with short brown hair and was last seen wearing a red flannelette shirt and blue jeans.
Police believe he may be driving a 2012 white Toyota HiAce bearing registration 1MV 7UG.
Investigators have released an image of Barry in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Police believe he may be experiencing significant distress and ask anyone who sees him not to approach but call Triple Zero (000).
Anyone with information about Barry's whereabouts is asked to contact Warrnambool Police Station on 5560 1100.
