Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Elwood man John.
The 35-year-old was last seen on Arnold Street, South Yarra, about 7.30am on 21 July and family have not been able to contact him since 3.45pm that day.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
John is Caucasian, about 180cm tall with an athletic build.
He was last seen wearing a black cap, red Kathmandu puffer jacket, dark coloured jeans, black Nike runners with white sole and white Nike swoosh.
He is also likely to have his black Reid bicycle with a grey helmet and may be in possession of a black samsonite backpack.
Investigators have released an image of John in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees John is urged to contact Prahan Police Station on 9520 5200.
