Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Neil.
The 71-year-old was last seen near Dandenong Railway Station around 10.00pm on 2 September.
Police and family are concerned for Neil's welfare due to his medical condition.
An image of Neil has been released in the hope someone recognises him and provides information on his current whereabouts.
He was last seen wearing a checked shirt, grey jeans and brown dress shoes.
Anyone who sights Neil is urged to call Triple Zero (000) or with information about his whereabouts is urged to call Springvale Police Station on 03 8558 8600.
